Reha Line 2.0 Abduction/Adduction Trainer
The combined abduction/adduction training machine loads the inner thigh and outer gluteal muscles in a highly efficient manner. When the abductors are trained in this way, in particular, they stabilise the pelvis and prevent it from sinking towards the side of the free leg.
The seat backrest, whose angle of inclination can be adjusted, enables significant load relief when exercising in a semi-reclining position, especially for hip patients. And the effortless, single-button adjustment of the leg rests from adduction to abduction ensures maximum ease of use.
